Buying with Nathan
A buyer’s agent is the most important component to success in this market. It’s rare when the right home comes up immediately, or is attained without a battle. Being persistent and patient is the name of the game in finding the right home, but when we find it, there isn’t a moment to waste; if you love it, someone else will too. It’s not easy; I’ve had clients that I showed 50+ homes over the course of a year and a half before the fit was right, extracting them and their earnest money from contracts until we got the home that was right. That kind of service won’t come from calling the number on a sign in front of a house, or alongside a Redfin/Zillow ad.

Selling with Nathan
When selling a home there are many musts: the photos must look great, for they are what draw the buyers to your home more than anything else. My photographer is one of the very best in the area, and I gladly pay him nearly double what other photographers charge in order to get fantastic results. Your home must look it’s best; I give straightforward advice on what should be done to your home to attract buyers, pass inspection, and sell for top dollar. I have contractors at my disposal that can remedy issues that need to be resolved, and I’ve even been known to put on a tool belt myself! My listings each receives their own custom website for distribution on social media sites. Your home will get a 3 dimensional Matterport tour that allows potential buyers to explore it in a seamless room to room floor to ceiling walk thru when viewing it on the MLS, Zillow, or Redfin. I’ll hold multiple open houses to get maximum exposure until your home sells, and ultimately I will market your home to the full extent necessary in order to sell it at what the market will bear. Most importantly though, I’m me: I talk from my heart—people know it, and trust me. Last but not least, I answer my phone, and return inquiries quickly, which is basic to success, yet all too rare in today’s world. In short, I feel I must do my job the way I live my life, always doing and being the best that I can.
